Product principle:

  • Hydrodynamic axis: When the bearing is running, due to the centrifugal force and friction, in order to maintain a balanced state, the inner and outer contact angles and load will be unequal It will increase, the greater the frictional force, the interface temperature will rise, the interface material will expand, the viscosity of the lubricating oil will be reduced, the lubrication function will be lost, the wear will increase, and the normal speed of the bearing will be affected.
  • In the early processing of oil-bearing bearings, the turning tool of the lathe was shrinking due to thermal expansion and contraction, which caused errors in size during mass production. After numerous tests and modifications, it has been developed that axis machining is the most economical and practical. As long as the fluid mechanics concept is combined with self-made special grease, a higher-order integral bearing can be designed. The new bearing concept has been upgraded from the early processing on the inner surface of the bearing to the shaft structure, which is not only easier to process, but also has a mass production mechanism.
  • Shaft rod double groove design: The self-developed lubricating oil can be stored in the upper and lower grooves of the shaft rod, so that special bearing oil can continue to exist inside the bearing.
  • Bidirectional engraving design: It can make the lubricating oil produce inertial flow when rotating, and the bidirectional design can make the lubricating oil flow to the upper groove, and then engrave back to the lower groove in the other direction. It continues to flow between the groove and the groove, and achieves a complete lubrication effect with the inner wall of the bearing.
