HIGH PERFORMANCE MAGNETIC GLUE

Product Manual:
Wire encapsulation of Ferrite powder material filled with resin magnetic resin material encapsulates Wire Wound chip-type inductance components. In addition to solving electromagnetic interference problems, it also improves the characteristics of DC Bias current and temperature rise, and strengthens the market competition of Wire Wound chip-type inductance components. force. At present, the winding power inductor on the market is mainly covered with a ferrite cover, or the Ferrite Core winding is covered with magnetic glue to achieve the effect of magnetic shielding. Unlike most of the magnetic adhesives on the market, Ferrite magnetic powder is used to fill the resin magnetic material; TM-3000C is a special metal powder, with a unique insulating adhesive formula, has the following characteristics:

  • The hardening of the magnetic resin during the manufacturing process will not cause excessive stress, which can avoid the unstable product characteristics and the breakage of Ferrite Core.
  • Comparable to the ferrite filled magnetic glue, the product can get higher inductance value.
  • Comparable to the general Ferrite filled magnetic glue, the product can get better DC Bias
  • current characteristics.
  • Good water resistance.
  • Good resistance to thermal shock and external impact.
  • Good coverage
